Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend and no threshold to reach. There is no delivery surcharge of any kind.

Order cut-off time is 3:00 PM (UK time): orders placed before then, Monday to Friday, begin processing the same day; later orders begin processing the next working day.

Processing takes 1–2 working days and transit a further 3–5 working days, so most orders arrive 4–7 working days after you place them, excluding UK public holidays.

Every parcel is dispatched from our UK warehouses and shipped tracked with Royal Mail, DPD or Evri. You receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order is booked.

If your order arrives damaged, photograph it and email us the same day at support@diasweetsltd.shop — we will replace it or refund you in full.
