Product prices and billing totals are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. UK delivery is free; review the final checkout amount before paying.

Payment is taken when you place an order through Stripe. This shop sells individual products, not a recurring subscription.

Keep your payment confirmation for your records. For a billing question or a payment you do not recognise, contact support@diasweetsltd.shop with the order reference. Never send full card details by email.

Refund eligibility and processing times are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy. These billing terms do not limit your statutory consumer rights.
