Track Your Order

Your tracking number is sent by email when your order is booked for dispatch. Use the carrier's tracking link in that email to view delivery updates.

If you have not received your dispatch email, check your spam folder. Processing normally takes 1–2 working days before dispatch.

For help finding your tracking details, email support@diasweetsltd.shop with your order reference. This website does not currently provide an online tracking lookup.
